Provider and scope
HEAVY CAMPAIGNS, INC. provides Quartiverse and this website. These terms apply to the current offline development MVP. Store terms and mandatory law may provide additional rights.
Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for lawful private purposes. You may not extract or redistribute the app, its card set or visual assets except where mandatory law allows it.
Availability and changes
The MVP may change or be discontinued. No uninterrupted availability, future feature or response-time guarantee is promised.
Sources and third parties
NASA/JPL and other public sources are cited for factual values. Quartiverse is not affiliated with or endorsed by NASA or JPL. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability and mandatory rights
The app is provided with the care required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Required update before release
These terms must be reviewed and adapted to the methods and technologies actually used before the app enters production or is published in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Nutzungsrecht
Du erhältst ein persönliches, nicht ausschließliches, nicht übertragbares und widerrufliches Recht, die App rechtmäßig privat zu nutzen. App, Kartenset und visuelle Assets dürfen nicht extrahiert oder weiterverbreitet werden, soweit zwingendes Recht dies nicht erlaubt.
Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen
Das MVP kann geändert oder eingestellt werden. Eine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit, künftige Funktion oder Reaktionszeit wird nicht zugesagt.
Quellen und Dritte
NASA/JPL und andere öffentliche Quellen werden für Faktenwerte genannt. Quartiverse ist weder mit NASA noch JPL verbunden oder von ihnen empfohlen. Namen Dritter bleiben Eigentum der jeweiligen Rechteinhaber.
Haftung und zwingende Rechte
Die App wird mit der nach anwendbarem Recht erforderlichen Sorgfalt bereitgestellt. Diese Bedingungen schließen keine Haftung oder Verbraucherrechte aus, die gesetzlich nicht ausgeschlossen oder beschränkt werden dürfen.
Pflichtaktualisierung vor Veröffentlichung
Diese Bedingungen müssen vor Produktivbetrieb oder Veröffentlichung der App im Apple App Store oder Google Play Store geprüft und an die tatsächlich eingesetzten Methoden und Technologien angepasst werden.
